Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some regions may be unavailable due to shipping limitations.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified and refunded.


Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as customs or carrier issues).

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us and we will investigate or issue a replacement/refund if appropriate.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
