At Bealight Co, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital products (downloads, subscriptions)
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at bealight2023@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
- Photo evidence (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect (wrong item received)

Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- As a dropshipping business, return addresses may vary depending on the supplier. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
