At Bealight Co, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products (downloads, subscriptions)
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at bealight2023@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return
  • Photo evidence (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • As a dropshipping business, return addresses may vary depending on the supplier. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
